Goals
The WIN project - What Women Need - represents an innovative fusion between sport and social inclusion, designed to address the challenges of women's social isolation and gender-based violence, problems which have further escalated during the pandemic crisis.
Involving four partners from Italy, Croatia and Spain, the project aims to work synergistically to address these issues, actively involving women, families and local communities.
The main objective of the project is to promote female emancipation, creating a solid social network that fosters meaningful relationships and combats social isolation. This objective translates into a series of targeted actions, including the organization of sporting activities aimed at women of all ages, the implementation of surveys to monitor the progress of the project and the creation of an online platform to provide continuity to initiatives over time.
Contributions
One of the distinctive features of the project is the active participation of the four partner companies, each with specific skills in the sporting, social and environmental fields.
From ASI Provincial Committee of Pesaro Urbino to Novi Jelkovec Finswimming Team, each partner brings a unique contribution to the realization of the project's objectives, thus helping to promote greater gender equality and social cohesion among women and within local communities involved.
